1. Custom text for the widget
By popular demand, we have added the ability to edit widget text. To do this, log in to your personal account, go to the “Settings” section and specify the required text in the “Messages and translation” block.
2. Changing the location of the widget
Perhaps the most popular request for technical support was related to changing the location of the widget. We also solved this issue, and now you can set in your personal account on which side the button for calling the feedback form should be located. To do this, log in to your personal account, go to the “Settings” section and specify the required value in the “Location” field. The setting works for both mobile and PC versions. If you want the location on PC and mobile to be different – check the “Inversion” box below
3. Corporate identity
Now you can customize Callback Free for yourself! Our widget now has the ability to use any color. Log in to your personal account, go to the “Settings” section and select your corporate color using the palette.
